Cingal Prefilled Syringe – 4 ml (HA + Triamcinolone)

Cingal is a CE‑marked single‑injection treatment combining high‑molecular weight cross‑linked hyaluronic acid with a corticosteroid (triamcinolone hexacetonide). Designed for intra‑articular use in osteoarthritis, it delivers rapid short‑term pain relief and long‑term joint lubrication with one 4 ml sterile syringe.

Key Benefits
  • Provides fast-acting relief within days via corticosteroid component
  • Delivers long-term symptom relief—up to 6 months—through HA-based synovial support
  • Lubricates and cushions joints to improve function and mobility
  • Single 4 ml injection avoids multiple visits or repeated dosing
Ingredients
  • Sodium hyaluronate 88 mg (22 mg/mL) – cross-linked HA gel (via bacterial fermentation)
  • Triamcinolone hexacetonide 18 mg (4.5 mg/mL) – micronized corticosteroid
  • Excipients: sorbitol (200 mg), polysorbate 80 (8 mg), sodium phosphate monobasic/dibasic, USP water for injection to 4 ml
  • Latex-free, sterile single-use glass syringe with traceability label
How to Use
  1. Use only by trained medical professionals under sterile conditions.
  2. Remove joint effusion with 18–20 G needle before injecting Cingal using a fresh needle.
  3. Allow refrigerated syringe to reach room temperature (≈20–45 min) before use.
  4. Inject the full 4 ml dose intra‑articularly into one joint. Use separate syringe for each treated joint.
  5. Discard syringe immediately after use.
Who It’s For
  • Patients with symptomatic osteoarthritis not adequately managed by analgesics or conservative therapy

  • Clinicians preferring combined viscosupplement and corticosteroid therapy in one syringe
