Return Policy

How do I return an item bought on Med365.co.za?

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return it within 14 calendar days at your own cost to Med365 for a full refund, replacement or exchange. Please ensure that you include the following with your parcel:

• The original tax invoice sent to you with your online purchase

• The Packing List sent with the parcel with the reason, code and quantity to be returned filled in on the form

• The product being returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging (unless damaged)

All returns are subject to our terms and conditions.

I’ve been sent the wrong item – what should I do?

The item will be collected by a Med365 courier and exchanged or swapped. Simply contact us at help@med365.col.za and we’ll happily exchange the item for the correct one.

Please ensure that you include the following with your parcel:

I’ve received a damaged item – what should I do?

The item will be collected by a Med365 courier and exchanged or swapped. Simply contact us at help@med365.col.za and we’ll happily exchange the item for the correct one .

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to a Med365 at your own cost within 14 calendar days for a full refund, replacement or exchange if:

• You have the original tax invoice provided with the order

• The item is in its original unopened packaging

For hygiene reasons, personal grooming items, audio sound equipment, cosmetics, pantihose, jewelery for any body piercings cannot be returned, except where defective. Med365 will accordingly not accept the return of any medicine for credit or replacement unless there is a defect in the medicine or its packaging at the time of supply, or if an incorrect medicine has been supplied.

Defective Items

Should any item that you have purchased online be the subject of any manufacturing defect or failure, or is unsafe, as contemplated in the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”), it may be returned to Med365 for repair replacement, exchange or refund, within six months of the date of purchase, subject to the CPA. Med365 and/or its supplier reserve the right to examine the product and test the product to confirm that the alleged defect, failure or safety hazard existed at the time of purchase, before the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
