What  is Vital Omega 3,6 & 9 used for:

Vital Omega 3, 6 & 9 combines fish oil, borage oil and olive oil for a high-strength blend of omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 fatty acids to cover all your essential fatty acid needs. Supplementation is vital for the whole family, as our diets don’t contain enough healthy oils.

Pharmacological Action:

  • Omega 3 (DHA, EPA) supports memory, heart and joint health.
  • Omega 6 (GLA) helps to soothe hormone-induced changes in mood and skin.

How to use Vital Omega 3,6 & 9 capsules:

  • Adults: 14 years and older.
  • Take one capsule daily.
  • Take with water after food.
