What  is Vital Omega 3 used for:

Vital Omega 3 Concentrate contains omega 3 fatty acids from 1000 mg cold-water fish oil. Omega 3 fatty acids support cardiovascular and joint health, as well as memory and concentration. Supplementation is vital for the whole family, as our diets don’t contain enough omega 3 fatty acids.

Pharmacological Action:

  • High strength EPA and DHA, which is required for brain health and memory.
  • Supports heart and joint health.

How to use Vital Omega 3 capsules:

  • Adults: 14 years and older.
  • Take 1–2 capsules daily.
  • Take with water after food.
Product Warnings:

Avoid if you have an allergy to fish or soya.

Each capsule contains the following active ingredients:

  • Fish Oil - 1000mg
  • - Providing Omega 3 Fatty Acids: as seen below:
  • - Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) -160mg
  • - Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) - 104mg
  • Vitamin D - 5µg
  • Vitamin E - 3,4mg

  • Free From: Artificial flavourants, colourants, sweeteners, azo dyes, preservatives, gluten, lactose and added yeast.
  • Tested safe from heavy metals and pesticides.
