How to use:
Dosage and directions for use: Non-specific daytime cramps: take one effervescent tablet after breakfast, dissolve tablet in 250ml water and drink once effervescence has stopped. Non-specific night time cramps: take one effervescent tablet after dinner, dissolve tablet in 250ml water and drink once effervescence has stopped.
Ingredients: Each tablet contains:
- Sodium phosphate and carbonate - 207mg.
- Calcium carbonate - 200mg.
- Magnesium sulphate - 129mg.
- Sodium phosphate - 51mg.
- Potassium phosphate - 27mg.
- L-aspartic acid 40mg.
