What  is Vital Omega 3 & 6 used for:

Vital Omega 3 & 6 Concentrate combines fish oil, flaxseed oil and borage oil. Omega 3 fatty acids support cardiovascular and joint health, memory and concentration. The Omega 6 fatty acid, GLA supports healthy hormone balance in women through their different life stages.

Pharmacological Action:

  • Omega 3 (EPA, DHA) supports memory, heart and joint health.
  • Omega 6 (GLA) helps to soothe hormone-induced changes in mood and skin.

How to use Vital Omega 3 & 6 capsules:

  • Adults: 14 years and older.
  • Take 1–2 capsules daily.
  • Take with water after food.

Avoid if you have an allergy to fish or soya.
