What  is Vital Magnesium Complex used for:

Magnesium is essential for healthy nervous system function, energy metabolism and protein synthesis. A deficiency in magnesium causes twitches, cramps and weakness in muscles. Vital Magnesium Complex contains added vitamin C and B6 to support the benefits of magnesium.

How to use Vital Magnesium Complex tablets:
