Ultra Gel Clear UG-50 is a clear, water-based conductive ultrasound gel formulated for reliable diagnostic imaging, ECG and patient monitoring. The non-greasy, non-staining 30ml tube delivers excellent acoustic coupling for sonographers, clinicians and physiotherapists — ideal for hospitals, clinics, mobile point-of-care and outpatient use.

Ingredients and Materials

Typical formulation: purified water, propylene glycol (humectant), carbomer (thickening agent), glycerin, triethanolamine (pH adjuster) and preservative agents. How to Use
  1. Remove cap and apply a small amount of gel to the transducer face or directly onto the patient’s skin.
  2. Spread to create a thin, even layer ensuring continuous contact between probe and skin for optimal acoustic coupling.
  3. Perform imaging or monitoring as required (ultrasound, ECG, Doppler, physiotherapy).
  4. After use, wipe excess gel from skin and probe with a soft tissue; clean probe according to manufacturer instructions.
  5. Close cap securely to prevent contamination and store upright.
