This tourniquet is made from a high-quality, latex-free elastic fabric and a durable quick-release plastic buckle. Materials are chosen for stretch resilience, easy cleaning, and patient comfort. Product is non-sterile and intended for external use.

1. Prepare the site and apply standard hygiene practices (hand hygiene, gloves as required).
2. Wrap the tourniquet 3–4 inches (7–10 cm) above the venipuncture or IV insertion site.
3. Tighten until veins are prominent—avoid excessive pressure. For routine blood draws, do not exceed 1 minute to reduce hemoconcentration.
4. Perform venipuncture or IV insertion. Release the quick-release buckle immediately after needle placement or if instructed by clinical protocol.
5. For emergency hemorrhage control, apply only if trained; tighten until bleeding stops and follow local emergency procedures.
6. Inspect before each use; clean with mild soap and water, air dry. Do not use if damaged.
