Ingredients and Materials

How to Use
- Clean the wound gently with clean water or a mild saline solution to remove dirt and debris.
- Shake the can well before use. Hold the can approximately 10–20 cm from the wound.
- Spray a light, even coating over the affected area. Avoid prolonged continuous spraying.
- Apply 1–3 times daily or as directed by your veterinarian. Repeat until the wound shows clear signs of healing.
- If the wound is deep, large, heavily contaminated, or not improving within a few days, seek veterinary attention — deeper infections may need systemic therapy.

Terramycin Aerosol is intended for topical wound care in animals including: cats, dogs, horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and other companion and farm animals. It is ideal for routine first aid of minor cuts, scrapes, abrasions, fly-strike prevention on minor wounds and other superficial skin lesions where topical antibiotic therapy is appropriate.
For use in food-producing animals, follow veterinary advice and legal withholding/withdrawal periods before milking or slaughter.
Caution & Storage
Caution:
- For animal use only. Not for human use.
- Do not spray into the eyes, mouth or nose of the animal. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek veterinary or medical advice if irritation persists.
- Not suitable for deep puncture wounds, large open wounds or severe infections — seek veterinary care.
- Aerosol is flammable — keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and hot surfaces. Do not smoke while using.
- Use with caution in animals with known tetracycline sensitivity. Avoid prolonged or indiscriminate use to reduce risk of resistance.
- Keep out of reach of children and animals when not in use.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight. Do not pierce or burn the aerosol can, even when empty. Dispose of empty containers according to local regulations.
