How to Use
  1. Remove pad from individual wrapper and peel off the paper backing.
  2. Place the adhesive side down on the crotch of clean underwear.
  3. Wrap the wings around the underside of the underwear and press to secure.
  4. Change every 4–6 hours or as needed; change immediately if saturated to avoid leaks or discomfort.
  5. Dispose of used pad in a waste bin. Do not flush.
