What is Sela Inyongo Tea?
Inyongo is also known as gall. A bitter brownish-yellow or greenish-yellow secretion produced by the liver, stored in the gallbladder and discharged into the duodenum where it aids the process of digestion. Symptoms of bile or acid reflux may include abdominal pain, frequent heartburn, vomiting or nausea.
Sela Inyoungo Tea with Sutherlandia frutescens and Aloe ferox has been specially formulated to assist digestive health.
Traditionally used to:
- Improve indigestion & acid reflux
- Cleanse gall
- Relieve heartburn
How to use:
Add 1 teabag to a cup of freshly boiled water. Allow teabag to draw for 5 minutes. Drink whilst warm.

- Camellia sinensis (Black Tea) 750 mg
- Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos Tea) 700 mg
- Sutherlandia fructescens 200 mg
