Ingredients and Materials
Active ingredients (per capsule): Multi-strain probiotic blend supplying approximately 10 billion CFU at manufacture, including Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium bifidum. Also contains a prebiotic (fructo-oligosaccharides, FOS) to support probiotic survival and gut microbiome health.
Other ingredients: Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silica. Free from artificial colours and flavours. Gluten-free, dairy-free and non-GMO.

How to Use
Adults: take 1 capsule daily with food, or as advised by your healthcare professional. For short-term digestive upset some people take 1 capsule twice daily for up to 2 weeks. Swallow whole — do not chew. This probiotic is designed for daily digestive support and maintenance of gut health.
If you are taking antibiotics, take the probiotic at least 2 hours apart from antibiotic doses to help maintain probiotic viability.
