1. Sit quietly for 3–5 minutes before measuring. Rest with feet flat, back supported and arm relaxed.
2. Place the cuff on the bare upper arm about 2–3 cm above the elbow crease; ensure a snug but comfortable fit.
3. Position the cuffed arm at heart level. Remain still and silent during the measurement.
4. Press the one-touch start button. The cuff will inflate automatically, measure, then deflate and display systolic, diastolic and pulse.
5. Record results or use the monitor's memory recall to track readings over time. For best practice, take 2–3 readings one minute apart and record the average.
6. Remove the cuff and turn off the device. Replace batteries or charge as needed.
