Active ingredient: Paracetamol (acetaminophen) 500 mg per tablet.

Excipients (may include): microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide and other standard tablet excipients. Formulation: immediate-release oral tablet.

Adults and adolescents (12 years and over): Take 1–2 tablets (500–1,000 mg) every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets (4,000 mg) in 24 hours. For long-term or frequent use, or if symptoms persist for more than 3 days, consult a healthcare professional.

Children: Not recommended for children under 12 years unless directed by a healthcare professional. Always follow dosing instructions on the package or from your doctor.

Administration: Swallow tablets whole with water. Do not crush or chew unless directed.

Painamol 500mg is suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over who need fast relief from mild to moderate pain and fever. Common uses include headaches, toothache, back pain, muscular pain, menstrual cramps and symptomatic relief of colds and flu.

Not suitable for patients with severe liver disease or those advised to avoid paracetamol. Always check with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking other medicines.

Caution: Do not exceed the recommended dose. Excessive use of paracetamol can cause serious liver damage. Avoid taking other products containing paracetamol simultaneously (check labels). Use with caution if you consume more than 3 alcoholic drinks per day, have liver or kidney disease, or are on anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin).

If symptoms persist, worsen, or are accompanied by high fever, rash or breathing difficulties, stop use and seek medical advice immediately.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack.
