Adult Non-Rebreather Oxygen Mask

Designed for rapid, high-concentration oxygen delivery in emergency, transport and clinical settings, this adult non-rebreather oxygen mask provides reliable high-flow oxygen therapy with a one-way valve and reservoir bag. Ideal for EMS, hospitals and monitored home care where rapid oxygenation is needed.

Key Benefits

  • Delivers high-concentration oxygen (up to ~60–90% FiO2 with 10–15 L/min flow) for emergency and acute care
  • One-way valve and flexible reservoir bag reduce rebreathing of exhaled CO2
  • Clear, anatomically shaped adult mask improves patient seal and visibility for caregivers
  • Latex-free, medical-grade materials for safer patient contact
  • Standard 15 mm connector compatible with hospital and EMS oxygen fittings
  • Quick to apply—suitable for prehospital, ambulance, ER and bedside use
Ingredients and Materials

Manufactured from medical-grade PVC and silicone components, this non-rebreather mask includes a soft, clear face cushion for comfort, an adjustable elastic head strap, a one-way exhalation valve, a high-capacity reservoir bag (typically 1–2 L), and a standard 15 mm oxygen inlet. The product is latex-free and designed for single-patient, disposable use. Materials are selected for compatibility with oxygen use and patient comfort.

How to Use
  1. Inspect packaging and mask for damage. Use only if device is intact.
  2. Connect the 15 mm inlet to the oxygen source; set flow to 10–15 L/min to ensure reservoir bag inflates.
  3. Confirm reservoir bag is partially inflated before placing the mask on the patient's face.
  4. Place the mask over the nose and mouth and secure with the elastic head strap—adjust for a snug but comfortable seal.
  5. Ensure the one-way valve and exhalation ports are unobstructed. Monitor oxygen saturation and clinical status continuously.
  6. Replace the mask if the reservoir bag collapses, if seal is poor, or per clinical protocols. Dispose after single-patient use according to local regulations.
Who It’s For

Intended for adults who require high-concentration oxygen in emergency, acute or transport settings: EMS responders, ambulance crews, emergency departments, critical care transport, post-operative transport and monitored home oxygen therapy under clinician direction. Not intended for infants or small children; pediatric-sized masks should be used for those populations.

Caution & Storage

Caution: For use under clinical supervision. Not suitable for patients who require mechanical ventilation. Monitor for CO2 retention—exercise caution with patients who have chronic CO2 retention (e.g., certain COPD patients). Ensure reservoir bag inflates; do not use if valve or bag is damaged. Oxygen supports combustion—keep away from flames, sparks, cigarettes, oil and grease. Single-use disposable; follow local biohazard disposal rules.

Storage: Store in original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources and open flames. Keep out of reach of children. Do not store near combustible materials or oil-based substances.
