Nestlé Nestum Stage 1 Regular Wheat cereal is specifically formulated for infants aged 6–12 months. It uses gently processed wheat, fortified with essential vitamins, iron, zinc, and beneficial Bifidobacterium lactis probiotic. Ideal as a smooth, nutrient-rich start to solids when mixed with breast milk or formula.

Ingredients
  • Wheat flour (gluten), brown sugar, vegetable oils (palm fruit, rapeseed, coconut, sunflower), ascorbyl palmitate
  • Calcium carbonate, sodium phosphate, maltodextrin (carrier), vitamins A, B₁, B₂, B₆, B₁₂, C, D₃, E, biotin, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid
  • Ferrous fumarate (iron), zinc sulphate, potassium iodide
  • Bifidobacterium lactis culture; natural flavouring (vanillin/caramel)
How to Use
  1. Wash hands and utensils thoroughly.
  2. Pour 160 ml of your baby’s usual milk into a bowl.
  3. Add 5 level tablespoons of cereal and stir to a smooth consistency.
  4. Feed immediately using a clean spoon; do not store unfinished portions.
  5. Use one or two feeds per day as part of a varied diet from 6 months onward.
