What are Natura Ruma 3 tablets?

A homeopathic medicine used as an adjuvant for treatment of prediagnosed( by a suitably qualified practitioner) for arthritis, rheumatism, sciatica, lumbago,  fibromyalgia and fibrositis. Also used to treat contraction of finger joints, stiff wrists and hands, achilles tendon pain, painful swelling of joints and fingers and tingling in feet and fingertips.

How to use:

• 2 tablets in the mouth three times daily
• Hold the medicine in the mouth for a short period and the mouth should be free of any other tastes (toothpaste, peppermint, etc.) 
• Avoid taking this medicine within half an hour of strong coffee, chocolate, camphor or aromatic substances 

Ingredients: Each tablet contains:

• Ammonium carbonicum D30
• Arthritis urtica forte D30
• Bryonia alba D6
• Cimicifuga (Actaea) racemosa D6
• Guaiacum officinale D6 Radium bromatum D30
• Rhus toxicodendron D6
• Ruta graveolens D6
• Solanum dulcamara (Dulcamara) D6

Warning:

• Consult your practitioner if symptoms are severe or persist without improvement for longer than the following time limits:
• Localized inflammatory conditions should improve within three days
• Muscular stiffness, muscular strain and sciatica within two weeks
• Fibromyalgia and fibrositis within four weeks 
• Arthritis and rheumatism should improve within six weeks
• In the rare event of hypersensitivity to an ingredient in this medicine, discontinue use
• ONLY substitute existing medical treatment under professional supervision

Precautions, Contra-indications and Side Effects:

• There may be a rare, initial temporary aggravation of symptoms as the body initiates its own healing process
