Leukomed T Plus Skin Sensitive Dressing – 5 × 7.2 cm (5 Pack)

Leukomed T Plus Skin Sensitive is a sterile waterproof film dressing with a silicone adhesive designed for fragile or sensitive skin. Ideal for protecting postoperative wounds, cuts and minor abrasions, it absorbs low to moderate exudate while allowing skin to breathe.

Materials & Features
  • Soft polyurethane film with silicone adhesive border
  • Absorbent viscose pad encased in waterproof film; sterile and latex-free

How to Use
  1. Clean and dry skin thoroughly.
  2. Peel back release liner using handling tabs and apply silicone side directly over wound.
  3. Remove top film layer and press edges firmly.
  4. Leave in place up to 7 days or until saturated; replace as needed.

  • Patients with sensitive or fragile skin—including elderly, paediatric, post-op or chronically treated skin
  • Applying after surgical wounds, cuts, abrasions or device fixation sites

Caution & Storage
  • Single-use sterile product—discard after removal.
  • Do not apply if packaging is damaged or past expiry date.
  • Monitor wound site for signs of infection—redness, increased exudate, discomfort.
  • Store in cool, dry place under 25 °C away from direct sunlight.
