Ingredients and Materials

How to Use
  1. Perform hand hygiene and prepare the patient per facility protocol.
  2. Select an appropriate vein and apply tourniquet if needed.
  3. Remove protective packaging and inspect the device for integrity and sterility.
  4. Insert the needle with bevel up, advance the catheter into the vein, then withdraw the needle while advancing the catheter hub.
  5. Attach securement dressing, flush via the injection port with sterile saline, and label the site.
  6. Use the integrated injection port for intermittent medications or bolus injections as clinically indicated.
