1. Clean and dry the skin around the injury or dressing site.
2. Start wrapping from the distal end and progress proximally to aid circulation and swelling control.
3. Overlap each turn by approximately half the width to maintain even compression.
4. Secure the bandage with clips, tape or a suitable fastener (not included).
5. Check circulation after application; if numbness, tingling, increased pain or discoloration occurs, loosen or remove the bandage and seek medical advice.
