What is Glucose Dextrose Powder?
Dextrose is a rapid source of energy and is ideal for athletes to use before and after physical exercise. May be used as a replacement for ordinary sugar. Dextrose is used commercially as a sweetener; it is approximately half as sweet as ordinary table sugar and is used in brewing and wine making, and also in the production of confectionery.
How to use:
- Adult: Two heaped tablespoon (Approx 37g) two or three times a day.
- Children: Form one heaped teaspoon (Approx 6g) to one tablespoon (Approx 18g) two or three times a day.
