Shake well before use. Typical guidance: adults and adolescents (12 years and over) may take 5–10 mL after meals and at bedtime or as directed by a healthcare professional. Cautions: Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, electrolyte imbalance or are taking other medications (antibiotics, iron supplements, thyroid medicines, etc.), as antacids can interact with some drugs—allow at least a 2 hour gap between medicines.
