What are Flora Force Milk Thistle capsules?

Is a herbal remedy used to

• Support liver function and metabolism.
• Reduce hepato-cellular necrosis and fatty deposits in the liver.
• Regenerate injured liver cells.
• Decrease SGOT in patients with chronic liver disease such as cirrhosis.
• Stimulate the gall bladder and assist bile flow, reducing the risk of gallstone formation.
• Increase levels of glutathione, an amino acid-like compound that is essential to help protect the liver against environmental toxins, including drugs, poisons, chemicals, heavy metals and alcohol.
• Help in cases of  chronic hepatitis, fatty liver, varicosities and haemorrhoids.
• Relieve dyspepsia.
• Support people undergoing chemotherapy.
• Increase milk flow in nursing mothers.

How to use:

• Adults (18 years and older) Take 1 – 2 capsules daily with meals or as directed by your pharmacist or registered healthcare professional.
• Capsules may be taken for a period of up to 12 weeks followed by an interval of 1 week after which the next 12-week cycle can commence.
