What are Flora Force Cinnamon Capsules?

A traditional Western herbal medicine to support healthy metabolism and digestion.

How to use:

• Adults (18 years and older): Take 2 capsules daily with meals or as directed by your pharmacist or registered healthcare practitioner.
• May be taken for a period of up to 12 weeks followed by an interval of 1 week after which the next 12-week period can commence. 

Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

• Cinnamomum verum bark powder 500 mg

Contra-indications :

• Should you experience any adverse effects or any of the side effects indicated below please consult your healthcare practitioner

Do NOT take:

• If you are allergic to any of the active or inactive ingredients 
• If you are on anti-diabetic medication as it may lower blood sugar levels. Unless you monitor you blood glucose / sugar levels regularly if you are using these capsules together with any other anti-diabetic medicines in combination
• If you are undergoing surgery 
• If you are pregnant and lactating
