Each Clinihealth Combi 10A strip contains 10 reagent-impregnated pads mounted on a polyethylene strip. Reagents are stabilized for shelf life and performance. The kit typically includes:

• Reagent pads for: glucose, bilirubin, ketone, specific gravity, blood (occult), pH, protein, urobilinogen, nitrite and leukocytes.
• Durable plastic test strips with printed color comparison chart on the vial/packaging.
• Sealed container with desiccant to maintain reagent stability.

Note: formulations use proprietary reagent blends optimized for clinical accuracy. This product is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only.

1. Collect a fresh urine sample in a clean, dry container.
2. Remove one strip from the vial and immediately close the vial to protect remaining strips from moisture.
3. Dip the reagent pads fully into the urine for approximately 1 second and remove with the pads facing up; avoid immersing the strip above the handle.
4. Blot excess urine from the strip edge on absorbent paper—do not rub the pads.
5. Read each pad against the supplied color chart at the time intervals indicated (typical read window 30–120 seconds depending on the parameter). Refer to the package insert for exact read times per parameter.
6. Record results and dispose of the used strip as clinical waste.

For best accuracy, ensure ambient temperature and sample handling follow the included instructions. Interpret borderline results with clinical correlation and, if needed, confirm with laboratory testing.
