Bedpan Plastic Blue

Blue Plastic Bedpan designed for reliable patient toileting in hospitals, nursing homes and home care. This lightweight, reusable bed pan provides hygienic bedside toileting for immobile or postoperative patients. Durable, easy-clean medical-grade plastic ensures long-lasting use and quick disinfection for clinical and at-home caregiving.

Key Benefits

  • Hygienic, non-porous surface for fast cleaning and infection control
  • Lightweight and durable — easy for caregivers to position and transport
  • Contoured design for patient comfort and reduced pressure points
  • Stackable and space-saving for hospitals and care facilities
  • Cost-effective reusable solution for bedside toileting and continence care
Ingredients and Materials

Made from medical-grade polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) depending on model — both are durable, non-porous plastics commonly used for patient-care equipment. Materials are designed to withstand routine cleaning, mild detergents and hospital-grade disinfectants. BPA-free and formulated for repeated use in clinical and home settings.

How to Use

Position patient safely (supine or elevated as appropriate). Slide the bedpan under the patient’s hips with the wider rim toward the lower back for stability and comfort. Ensure patient privacy and provide toilet paper or wipes as needed. After use, carefully remove the bedpan, empty contents into a toilet, rinse, wash with warm soapy water, then disinfect according to facility protocols. Allow to air dry before storing.

Who It’s For

Ideal for adults and older children with limited mobility, postoperative patients, people recovering from injury, elderly residents in long-term care, and caregivers providing bedside toileting. Suitable for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, assisted living and home health care.

Caution & Storage

Caution: For patient use only — not a toy. Check for cracks or damage before each use. Use under supervision if the patient is unsteady. Clean and disinfect after every use. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong chemicals. Follow facility infection-control guidelines for disinfection (e.g., diluted bleach or hospital-grade disinfectant) and replace if structural damage or persistent staining occurs.
