4. Squeeze and release (or use recommended suction technique) to draw mucus into the chamber. Repeat on the other nostril as needed.
5. Disassemble and rinse all parts with warm soapy water after each use. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Sterilize periodically according to manufacturer guidance.
