Calmettes 20 Tablets

What are Calmettes?

A calmative of natural plant origin that helps with nervous tension and anxiety.

How to use:

• Adults: Two or three tablets - the dosage may be repeated up to three times daily if necessary.
• Children: One tablet - the dosage may be repeated up to three times daily if necessary.
• To overcome nervous tension and over-excitement at bedtime, children may take two tablets and adults five tablets half an hour before retiring.
• The tablets must be swallowed whole with water or milk. 

Active Ingredients: per tablet:

Valerian natural origin 45 mg (extract of plant root Valeriana Officinalis)

Precautions, Contra-indications and Side Effects:

Dizziness, depression.
In rare cases, excessive perspiration may occur.
