A.Vogel Echinaforce Sore Throat Colds & Flu Spray 30ml is a Western herbal medicine for the treatment of pain, inflammation and infections of the mouth and throat, including sore throats, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and hoarseness associated with coughs, colds and flu. It may also be used for general mouth hygiene.

Ingredients Each 1ml contains Echinacea purpurea fresh aerial-part extract 863.3mg, Echinacea purpurea fresh-root extract 45.5mg, and Salvia officinalis fresh-leaf extract 430mg. Also contains peppermint oil, sucrose laurate, soy lecithin, ethanol, sorbitol and sucrose.
How to Use
  • Shake before use.
  • Before first use, press the pump 2 or 3 times to activate the spray.
  • Place the nozzle just inside the mouth, point it towards the back of the throat, then press the pump.
  • Adults and children over 12 years: Use 2 sprays, 6 to 10 times daily.
  • Children aged 4 to 12 years: Use 1 spray, 6 to 10 times daily.
  • Start use at the first signs of symptoms.
Who It's For For adults and children from 4 years of age requiring treatment for pain, inflammation or infections of the mouth and throat.
Caution & Storage
  • For oral and oropharyngeal use only.
  • Do not use for more than 2 weeks continuously. Consult a doctor, pharmacist or healthcare provider if symptoms persist for more than 7 days, worsen, or if high fever occurs.
  • Do not use if allergic to Echinacea, plants from the Asteraceae family, Salvia, or any ingredient in the product.
  • Do not use in children under 1 year, with immunosuppressant medicines, or in cases of progressive systemic disorders, autoimmune disease, immunodeficiency, immunosuppression or white blood cell system disease.
  • Contains more than 40% v/v alcohol. Use with caution if sensitive or intolerant to alcohol.
  • Use with caution in gastroesophageal reflux disease, epilepsy, asthma, persistent or chronic cough, or other chronic lung conditions.
  • Contains sorbitol and sucrose. Do not use with hereditary sorbitol intolerance, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency. Sucrose may affect glycaemic control in people with diabetes mellitus.
  • Atopic patients should consult a doctor before use. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
