Active & Other Ingredients
- Paracetamol 120 mg per 5 ml
- Sodium saccharin sweetener
- Chocolate‑mint flavor, preservatives (methyl & propyl paraben), colorants, glycerin, citric acid, peppermint essence, etc.
How to Use
Infants & children: 10 mg/kg every 4 hours (max 4 doses/day). Adults & teens: 5–10 ml every 4–6 hours as needed (max 4g/day). Follow SAHPRA guidelines.

Caution & Warnings
Do not use more than 5 doses in 24 h. Avoid with known hypersensitivity or severe liver/renal conditions. Do not exceed daily max of 4 g paracetamol. Stop immediately if rash, allergic reaction, or persistent fever occurs. Store under 25 °C, out of reach of children.
