Solventum 3M Coban Self-Adherent Tan Wrap 5cm x 4.5m 1582 is a non-sterile cohesive elastic wrap for compression or support, and for securing dressings or devices. It adheres to itself rather than skin or other materials.

Product Features and Materials Constructed from nonwoven material and elastic fibres. The cohesive elastic material adheres to itself but not to skin or other materials. Tan colour. Non-sterile. Contains natural rubber latex.
How to Use
  • Unwind approximately 30cm and allow the wrap to relax.
  • Without stretching, apply one full wrap with an overlap. Press the overlap lightly to hold the end in place.
  • Continue wrapping, applying tension only to achieve the required compression. Unwind more wrap before each turn to avoid applying excessive tension.
  • Cut off any excess and secure the end with gentle pressure.
Caution & Storage
  • Do not wrap too tightly, as this may impair circulation and cause serious injury. The risk of impaired circulation is higher in children.
  • Check the area at least every 24 hours for swelling, discolouration, pain, numbness, tingling or other changes in sensation. Remove the wrap immediately and contact a healthcare provider if these occur.
  • Do not place directly on an open wound, as this may lead to infection.
  • Contains natural rubber latex, which may cause an allergic reaction.
  • Do not reuse, as reuse may compromise product integrity or lead to device failure.
  • Use as part of a compression wrap system only under the supervision of a wound care specialist.
  • Store at room temperature, away from excessive heat and humidity. Keep in the individual package until use.
  • Check the expiry date before use. The lot number and expiry date are printed on the individual package.
