How to use:

Brush thoroughly with a Meridol toothbrush, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children 6 years and under should have adult supervision and use only a pea-sized amount to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor. Do not swallow. Spit and rinse thoroughly after brushing. Twist off seal using the cover cap.
