1. Clean and dry skin or dressing area before application.
2. Start wrapping from the farthest point and move toward the body (e.g., wrist toward elbow), overlapping each pass by about 50%.
3. Apply with even tension—firm enough to support, not so tight as to restrict circulation.
4. Band adheres to itself; secure the end with gentle pressure. No clips required.
5. Check circulation regularly: remove or reapply if numbness, tingling, coldness or discoloration occurs.

Suitable for first aid responders, athletes, physiotherapists, trainers, carers and pet owners. Ideal for managing light-to-moderate sprains and strains, securing dressings, applying compression in sports and veterinary applications, and everyday household first aid kits.

Caution: Do not apply directly over deep wounds without a sterile dressing beneath. Avoid wrapping too tightly—monitor distal circulation and remove if there are signs of impaired blood flow (numbness, tingling, swelling or colour change). Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. For single-patient use; replace if soiled or stretched.
