How to Use
Shake well. Use the pump to dispense into food or directly in mouth:
• < 5 kg: 1 pump (2 ml)
• 5–11 kg: 2 pumps (4 ml)
• 12–17 kg: 3 pumps (6 ml)
• 18–23 kg: 4 pumps (8 ml)
• 24–35 kg: 6 pumps (12 ml)
• > 35 kg: 8 pumps (16 ml)
Loading dose for 6 weeks, then half dose daily.
