Formulation: sterile aqueous wound cleanser containing stabilized hypochlorous (HOCl) in a saline/base solution with buffering agents. Free from alcohol, povidone-iodine and harsh detergents. Packaging: 100ml sterile plastic bottle with secure cap for controlled irrigation. Always check the product label and packaging for the exact ingredient declaration and lot-specific information.

1. Wash hands and don appropriate PPE if required.
2. Open the bottle and either pour the solution directly over the wound or saturate sterile gauze/low-adherent swab.
3. Gently irrigate to remove loose debris and exudate. Repeat as directed by your clinician.
4. Pat the surrounding skin dry with sterile gauze and apply recommended dressing.
5. Use as part of routine wound irrigation during dressing changes or as instructed by a healthcare professional. Discard remaining solution according to single-patient use guidance and local protocols.

Recommended for acute wounds (cuts, abrasions, surgical sites), chronic wounds (venous leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries), and for use in perioperative and post-operative wound care.
