Ingredients and Materials
The baseplate is made from a hydrocolloid adhesive layer combined with a soft non-woven backing and breathable polyurethane film. How to Use
- Measure your stoma and cut the 60mm flange to the correct opening size if required.
- Clean and dry the skin around the stoma; ensure skin is free of oils and creams.
- Remove the protective release liner and center the baseplate over the stoma.
- Press firmly around the flange to ensure full adhesion and secure attachment.
- Attach the compatible Sensura pouch to the baseplate coupling ring if using a two-piece system.
- Change the baseplate as recommended by your stoma care nurse or when the adhesive seal degrades.
