1. Clean and dress the wound as required. Apply the primary dressing over the wound.
2. Begin wrapping the crepe bandage below the injury site and work upward using 50% overlap of each turn for even compression.
3. Apply firm but comfortable tension — avoid constricting circulation. Check toes/fingers for colour and sensation.
4. Secure the bandage with supplied clips, adhesive tape or a cohesive bandage layer.
5. Reapply or adjust as needed; remove and re-dress if soaked or soiled. Washable depending on material blend — follow local clinical guidance for reuse.

Suitable for clinicians, first aid responders, sports therapists, athletes and households. Use for sprains, strains, light compression needs, post-dressing support and general immobilisation where breathable elastic support is needed. Appropriate for adults and older children under supervision.
