Amounts per 7.5g of powder:

• Mineral salts: Calcium citrate tetrahydrate 145mg, calcium phosphate dibasic 974mg, dimagnesium phosphate trihydrate 244mg, magnesium citrate 315mg, potassium bicarbonate 783mg and potassium citrate monohydrate 870mg.
• Elemental minerals provided: Calcium 254mg, magnesium 59mg, phosphorus 219mg and potassium 619mg.
• Homeopathic proprietary blend: 1000mg, with Urtica dioica L. D1 and/or Urtica urens L. D1, silicon dioxide (Silicea) D6, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate (Calcarea phosphorica) D6, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate (Natrum phosphoricum) D6 and Ostrea edulis L. (Calcarea carbonica) D4.
• Botanical component: Malpighia glabra (acerola) fruit 100mg, providing vitamin C botanical extract 5mg.
• Other ingredients and quantified excipients: Flavouring and silicon dioxide, lactose, not more than 980mg, maltodextrin, not more than 50mg, mannitol 2722mg, and stevia 35.25mg.

• Adults aged 18 years and older should take one heaped teaspoon, approximately 7.5g, once daily.
• For oral use only. Mix the powder into a large glass of water, stir thoroughly and drink on an empty stomach.
• If a dose is missed, do not take twice the amount to compensate.
• If too much is taken, contact a doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare provider. If none is available, contact the nearest hospital or poison control centre.

• Do not use this product if you are allergic to an active substance or any other ingredient.
• Seek advice from a healthcare professional before use if you follow a calcium or potassium restricted diet, or if your kidney function is moderately or severely impaired.
• Do not give this product to anyone younger than 18 years.

• This product contains lactose. Do not use it if you have galactose intolerance, total lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
• Stop taking the product and seek urgent medical care for swelling of the face, lips, mouth or throat, swelling of the hands, feet or ankles, difficulty swallowing or breathing, a rash, itching or fainting.
• Gas or loose stools may occur. Consult a healthcare provider if your health worsens or you experience an unwanted effect.
• Keep at 25°C or lower in a cool, dry place, retain it in the original packaging and keep it tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children and do not store it in a bathroom.
• Do not use the product after its expiry date. Return unused medicine to a pharmacist rather than disposing of it in drains or sewer systems.
