Each Mission 10PA strip consists of a plastic strip with 10 reagent pads containing specific chemical reagents for each test parameter (glucose, bilirubin, ketone, specific gravity, blood, pH, protein, urobilinogen, nitrite, leukocytes). Packaging includes a sealed container with desiccant and a printed color comparison chart. Strips are single-use, latex-free and designed for qualitative/semi-quantitative in vitro diagnostic screening. Ingredients are reagent-specific and patent/proprietary to the manufacturer; follow packaging for detailed composition and safety data.

1. Collect a fresh midstream urine sample in a clean, dry container.
2. Remove one strip from the container and immediately close the cap to protect remaining strips from moisture.
3. Dip the reagent pads briefly (1 second) into the urine so all pads are wetted evenly. Do not soak.
4. Hold the strip horizontally and remove excess urine by blotting on absorbent paper to avoid mixing reagents.
5. Compare each pad to the printed color chart on the bottle at the time intervals specified on the packaging. Different parameters develop at different times — read promptly as directed (typically between 30 seconds and 2 minutes depending on the parameter).
6. Record results and consult the color chart to interpret levels (negative, trace, small, moderate, large).
7. Discard the used strip as single-use medical waste. Do not reuse strips.

Note: For accurate results, follow the timing and reading instructions on the product label and ensure hands and the test area are dry. Use fresh samples and avoid diluted or contaminated specimens.
