Clean and dry the scar area thoroughly. Cut the 10 x 15cm silicone sheet to size if required and apply directly to the scar, ensuring full contact with the skin. Wear the sheet for 12–24 hours daily; remove briefly for cleaning. For best results, use continuously for at least 8–12 weeks—longer use (up to 3–6 months) may improve mature scar appearance.
