Each U-Test pregnancy strip contains a nitrocellulose membrane coated with anti-hCG antibodies, a conjugate pad (colloidal gold-labeled antibodies), a sample pad and an absorbent pad mounted on a backing card. Strips are individually sealed in foil pouches to maintain stability and hygiene. Designed for in vitro urine testing.

1. Collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container or use midstream.
2. Remove one strip from its foil pouch; hold the strip by the colored end.
3. Dip the test strip into urine up to the maximum line for 5–10 seconds. Do not immerse past the max line.
4. Lay the strip flat on a clean, non-absorbent surface and wait for the result.
5. Read results at 3–5 minutes. A single control line indicates a negative result; two lines indicate a positive result. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes.

Tip: For best accuracy, test with first-morning urine when hCG concentrations are highest.
