The U-Test cassette contains a nitrocellulose membrane test strip with anti-hCG antibodies conjugated to a visible label (colloidal gold or equivalent), conjugate pad, absorbent pad and plastic cassette housing. How to Use
  1. Collect a urine sample in a clean container or use midstream collection.
  2. Using the supplied dropper, add 2–3 drops of urine into the sample well (marked "S") on the cassette.
  3. Place the cassette on a flat surface and wait 3–5 minutes. Read the result within the recommended time frame (do not read after 10 minutes).
  4. Interpretation: Two visible lines (C and T) = Pregnancy (positive). One line at C only = Not pregnant (negative). No line at C = Invalid — repeat with a new test.
