1. Remove a sealed test from the pouch and remove the cap.
2. Hold the absorbent tip directly in the urine stream for 5–10 seconds or dip into a collected urine sample for 5–10 seconds.
3. Replace the cap and place the test on a flat surface with the result window facing up.
4. Read results after 3 minutes. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes.
5. Positive: two lines (control and test). Negative: one control line only. If the control line does not appear, the test is invalid — repeat with a new test.
