What are Natura Ruma 2 drops?

A homeopathic medicine which assists in supporting the function of the musculo-skeletal system for treatment of

  • Muscle ache
  • Muscle strains, sprains, muscle stiffness, and associated localized inflammatory conditions and headaches
  • Lower back pain (lumbago)
  • Tired, burning feet
  • Prediagnosed sciatica
  • Muscular rheumatism (fibromyalgia or fibrositis)
  • Chronic rheumatism, relieves rheumatic inflammation of joints
  • Arthritis and growing pains
  • May be used to complement existing medication of conditions prediagnosed by a suitably qualified practitioner

How to use:

  • 10 drops directly on the tongue or diluted in a little water three times daily
  • May be taken one to two hourly in acute cases while symptoms are severe
  • Reduce dosage with improvement of symptoms
  • it is desirable to hold the medicine in the mouth for a short period and for the mouth to be free of any other tastes (toothpaste, peppermint, etc.) when taking the medicine
  • Avoid taking this medicine within half an hour of strong coffee, chocolate, camphor or aromatic substances

  • Betula alba Spag D3
  • Bryonia alba Spag D3 Ononis spinosa Spag D3
  • Rhododendron ferrugineum Spag D3
  • Rhus toxicodendron Spag D3
  • Ruta graveolens Spag D3
  • Solanum dulcamara (Dulcamara) Spag

Warning:

  • Consult your practitioner if symptoms are severe or persist without improvement for longer than the following time limits:
  • Headaches should improve within twenty-four hours; localized inflammatory conditions within three days; sprains within four days; muscle ache and lumbago within on week; muscular stiffness, muscle strains and sciatica within two weeks; muscular rheumatism, fibromyalgia and fibrositis within four weeks, and arthritis should improve within six weeks. Unless otherwise prescribed, do not exceed the stated dose. In the rare event of hypersensitivity to an ingredient in this medicine, discontinue use. Substitute existing medical treatment under professional supervision.
