What are Tibb Gynaecare tablets?
It is a comprehensive formulation for regulating the menstrual cycle and controlling related symptoms like pain, lethargy and stress. The menstrual cycle is regulated by the complex interaction of female hormones that control the start of menstruation during puberty, the rhythms and duration of menstrual cycles. Disturbances in hormone level may lead to abnormal menstrual flow like heavy or too light, may occur too often or last too long or may be irregular. Gynaecare helps to correct hormonal imbalance and improve ovarian functions. It maintains nutritional balance and improves uterine health and restores emotional balance by relieving anxiety and tension.
It is used for delayed puberty, excessive menstruation, infrequent menstruation, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, anovulation and functional female infertility.
How to use:
- Adults
- Irregular menstrual cycles: 2 tablets, 2 to 3 times daily for 3 to 6 cycles
- Infertility: 2 tablets, 2 to 3 times daily for 3 to 6 months or until conception takes place
