What  is Solal Vitamin B12  used for:

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin used to support healthy nervous system function, for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and improved energy.  It is particularly important for vegans and vegetarians, whose diets are often deficient in vitamin B12. 

Pharmacological Action:

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin. It plays a role in cell division, helps to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, nervous system function, red blood cell formation, homocysteine metabolism, psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use Solal Vitamin B12 tablets:
