  • Cold-pressed oil with gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and added vitamin E.
  • Evening primrose oil helps to soothe hormone-induced changes in mood and the skin.

How to use Vital Pure Evening Primrose Oil capsules:

  • Adults: 14 years and older. 
  • Take two capsules daily. 
  • Take with water after food.
