What is Sela Gout Tea?

Gout is a form of inflammatory arthritis that develops in some people who have high levels of uric acid in the blood. The acid can form needle-like crystals in a joint and cause sudden, severe episodes of pain, tenderness, redness, warmth and swelling.

How to use:

Pour one cup of freshly boiled water over one teabag of Sela blood clean tea. Allow teabag to draw for 5 to 10 minutes; cover for maximum effect. Drink whilst warm.For best results, take 1 to 3 teabags daily.You can use your teabag twice!It is important to drink 8 to 10 cups of water a day.
