1. Read the enclosed instructions carefully before use.
2. Determine when to start testing based on your menstrual cycle. For a typical 28-day cycle, begin testing around day 10. For irregular cycles, use the provided cycle chart to estimate start day.
3. Collect urine in a clean container or hold the test strip in the urine stream for the time specified in the instructions (usually a few seconds).
4. Place the test on a flat surface and wait the recommended time (commonly 3–5 minutes).
5. Interpret results: a clear control line confirms the test is working; a test line as dark as or darker than the control line indicates an LH surge — your peak fertility is likely within 24–48 hours.
6. Use additional tests across consecutive days if needed to pinpoint your LH surge and fertile window.

Tip: Test between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm and avoid excessive fluid intake 2 hours before testing for best accuracy.
